Philosophy

Our foremost priority is treating our customers fairly, efficiently and to the best of our capabilities. When we formed this company we set out to do things ‘the right way’ and to gain a reputation for providing value, excellent customer service and delivering results. Claims management services in respect of unenforceable credit agreements is still a relatively new industry and one that may be short lived. With many companies offering similar propositions, we set ourselves the goal of being the leading service provider for claims management services relating to financial claims. From the outset, we wanted our company to offer an ethical proposition, to be transparent, and to satisfy our own personal principles of how to treat the people around us.

 

Since incorporating LOAN RESOLUTIONS in August 2008, the company has expanded beyond Claims Management Services. Our services all aim to bring benefit to our clients by either saving them money, or by reclaiming money that is owed to them. In addition, our portfolio of services are available to introducers to expand their current range of services, or venture into something new. We are constantly looking to add valuable services which will benefit our customers and introducers.

Mal McConechy

Managing Director

Mal has dedicated his entire career to the financial industry and has over 30 years experience. Mal has worked as an IFA, Sales Director and was Mortgage Director for Home of Choice until July 2008. Mal has three passions in life: his family, Liverpool FC and puddings.

Lorraine Robinson

Operations Director

Lorraine has a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent 5 years in the construction industry before taking her CeMAP and entering the financial industry. Lorraine is involved in all the processes of the business. Lorraine likes to think she’s Nigella in the kitchen.
