Until further notice, Loan Resolutions will not be accepting unenforceability claims.

 

In the 2 years that we have been accepting unenforceability claims, the industry has changed dramatically. Cases are being ruled in favour of the lender meaning that gaining the all important after the event insurance policy has become increasingly difficult.

 

As a business, we want to concentrate our efforts on the services that we know we can deliver.

 

Existing cases will continue to be processed.
